Welcome to Luxe Hair. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Luxe Hair. Luxe Hair operates this website, store, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide a curated shopping and educational experience.

By accessing or using our Services, including purchasing products or digital consultations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Luxe Hair is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Luxe Hair offers cosmetic hair care products and digital hair & scalp consultations.

Product descriptions, images, and colors are provided for informational purposes only and may vary based on device settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

All products are intended for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

SECTION 3 — DIGITAL HAIR & SCALP CONSULTATIONS

Luxe Hair digital consultations provide educational and cosmetic hair and scalp care guidance only.

They are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Luxe Hair and Makayla Brundige are not medical providers. Clients experiencing medical symptoms, infections, unexplained hair loss, or scalp conditions should consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Recommendations are based solely on the information provided by the client. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Digital consultations are custom services and are non-refundable once intake has begun or the consultation has been delivered.

SECTION 4 — ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to use. Luxe Hair is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Patch testing is recommended. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may not be canceled once accepted.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Luxe Hair is not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier transfer.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personal-care nature of our products and the custom nature of digital services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

All content, branding, materials, routines, and recommendations are the property of Luxe Hair and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.
